Your first visit to Skin Solutions Dermatology involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need. Visit our Contact Us for map and directions to our office and practice hours.
There's also background information about our committed staff and our first visit procedures. You can also save some time by printing out and completing the Patient Forms in advance of your appointment.
Our practice is working together to realize a shared vision of uncompromising excellence in dermatology.
To fulfill this mission, we are committed to:
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment.
Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the medical content on this website. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.
Our new online pre-visit experience allows you to check-in prior to your visit and then skip the waiting room altogether. Just use our pre-visit option to complete patient forms, note any demographic changes, fill in your health history, and even take care of your co-pay. You’ll save time and avoid unnecessary exposure to others on the day of your visit.
We’ve made the entire check-in process a no-contact experience. Simply complete the online pre-visit process prior to your visit and utilize our two-way texting service once you arrive. That way, you can go directly from the safety of your car, straight into a disinfected exam room. You’ll bypass the paper forms, other patients, and any touching of pens, paper, or clipboards.
Below are additional patient forms that are not a part of the online pre-visit experience. Not all forms are applicable for each patient. Please download and fill out any of these forms that are relevant to you and bring them with you on your next visit.
